Go to the 'Orders' section.
Look for the option to add new order and click on it.
Fill in the new order pre-alert form with the necessary details of your package, such as the merchant name, order number, tracking number, invoice amount.
Additionally, upload the invoice related to the purchase.
Once you have provided all the required information, submit.
