After placing an order, submit a pre-alert to help us process your package faster. Log in to your account, go to the 'Orders' section, and click 'Add New Order.' Fill out the form with details like the merchant name, order number, tracking number, and invoice amount. Upload the invoice and submit. This ensures smooth processing at our Miami center and timely delivery to you.
